  Announcements Feeback Form Fixed

There seems to have been a problem with the email system relating to the Feedback form. Therefore, if you have tried to send in feedback via this form in the last six months, you will probably have not received a reply, since the feedback was never received. The problem has since been resolved, so feel free to send in any comments via this form now.

  Announcements Forum Reorganisation

The forums have been reorganised to make them a little more user-friendly. A new forum has been added, called "Getting Started" for raising issues when you are having trouble with things not working properly for you. This includes compiling issues. Many posts have been moved, so if you cannot find a post, it is probably in another forum. Please reserve the Development forum for posts actually relating to developing computer games, specifically with the code included with the book.

  Announcements Site Launch

I have finally decided to create my own website, which I plan on using to showcase some of the projects I will be working on.

At the moment it is a little quiet, but soon it will be the official home for my new book Programming a Multiplayer FPS in DirectX, scheduled for publication in December 2004 by Charles River Media. Eventually I will have all sorts of paraphernalia here relating to the book.

So be sure to put the site in your favorites list and check back once in a while to see what's new.
